The Purple Dandelion sculpture is presented in Los Angeles at the Pacific Design Center one of the key venues for contemporary design. It is a collectible, authorial work by PlusObject, created by Serhii and Ihor Fomichov and produced as a unique, one-of-a-kind piece with no reproductions.
Standing over 2 meters tall, the sculpture establishes a strong presence within the space. It is composed of dozens of individually crafted glass elements, each made by hand. The titanium coating creates a complex optical effect: light does not simply reflect, but moves within the form, generating depth and a sense of layering.
The object is constantly changing depending on the viewing angle, distance, and lighting conditions. It can never be experienced the same way twice - each interaction with the piece is unique.
If you are in Los Angeles, this is a great opportunity to see it in person and experience how glass works at scale.
